eapoteka.rs ® delivers your order on the territory of the Republic of Serbia via D Express delivery service.
We will do our best to ship your order the same or next working day. For all orders received by 12.00 pm from Monday to Friday, the approximate delivery time is 48 hours (2 working days) for the territory of the Republic of Serbia. We do not deliver on Sundays and holidays.
After we process the order and hand over the package to the courier service, a notification will arrive in your email that the package has been sent and that you can expect it soon at your address (except on Sundays and holidays).
The working hours of the courier service are every working day from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, on Saturdays from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm.
Please ensure that there is a person at the address who can pick up the shipment during this period. It is recommended that you pick up the shipment in front of the delivery person and that you visually inspect the package when picking up the shipment so that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and immediately notify us via email email@example.com. If the shipment is seemingly undamaged, feel free to pick it up and sign the courier's address book. All subsequent product complaints due to damage caused during delivery will not be accepted. The courier service delivers the goods to the address, ie. does not enter the living space.
The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. If the courier does not find you at the address, he will call you at the phone number you left when creating the purchase order and arrange a new delivery date. D Express courier service also allows you to pick up packages via parcel machines at NIS petrol or Gazprom gas station of your choice.
Use your time for important things. Collect your parcel at the time that suits you on 30 locations in Belgrade and 30 new locations in Novi Sad, Zrenjanin, Pančevo, Čačak, Kragujevac, and Niš. Parcel lockers are placed at NIS Petrol and Gazprom stations, they are open 24/7, simple, and safe for use.

2. When we collect the parcel, we send you a notification or a link where you can choose the location of the parcel locker where you wish to collect your parcel.
The notification message on parcel collection is sent via Viber application. If you do not have Viber or you are not online, the notification is sent by an SMS. If D Express is blocked in your Viber application, the notification cannot be sent.
3. When your parcel is delivered at the selected location, we send you a notification about that and the CODE for opening the locker where your parcel is located.
4. You go to the petrol station you have chosen for parcel collection.
a) If you have paid for the parcel in advance, you go straight to the parcel locker, type in the CODE and collect the parcel.
b) If you pay for the parcel on delivery, you just read your CODE at the petrol station cash register, pay the cashier, type in the CODE at the parcel locker, and collect your parcel.
The deadline for picking up the package is 2 working days from the moment we leave your package in the parcel machine.
IMPORTANT NOTICE! We recommend that you determine the status of the shipment before collection. It is very important that you notice any damage in transport visible on the transport packaging before picking up the shipment. If you notice damage to the transport packaging, ask the courier to wait for you to open the shipment and check if the damage to the shipment has also caused damage to the delivered items. If you notice irregularities on the item itself, return the delivered item by courier.
If you fail to identify damage before collection, we recommend that you contact the courier service that delivered the package to you within 24 hours of delivery to compile a damage report. By following this procedure, your rights will be protected in the most efficient way. Delivery times, which are listed on our site, are for information only. The selected products will be delivered to you following the delivery option you selected during the order process. After completing the order, confirmation of the purchase will be sent to your email address, containing the shipment number and a link to track the status of the shipment.

We pack the goods within 24 hours of processing the order and send it on the first following working day by delivery service, at the expense of the Buyer, in accordance with the delivery service tariffs with a clearly defined transport cost when ordering and a specially defined cost in the purchase order and invoices.
Postage costs are RSD 270 for regular delivery by courier service.
Also, if you have ordered several products and they are packed in several boxes, postage is paid for only one package.
For cash-on-delivery shipments, you are obliged to pay the courier only the amount specified on the paper you sign when you pick up your package.
When ordering products in the "Comment" field, you can specify the time at which you want the package to be delivered to you, and couriers will be left with your note. Depending on the situation in the field of the delivery service, the stated time may or may not be respected. Also, we are not responsible in case the courier does not contact you during delivery, because it depends exclusively on the courier.
Delivery of the order is within two to five working days from the moment of ordering. Delivery is made by the courier service D Express on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm. For all orders created on Fridays and weekends, you can expect delivery within 5 days.
The courier will try to deliver each shipment twice. In case you are not at the address you left when ordering the second time, the shipment is returned to us. The Seller may sell the products from that shipment to third parties because at that moment, the sale is considered terminated.
Complaints about the delivery of the delivery service
Packages were sent by delivery service D Express.
Dear customers, please inspect the package carefully in front of the courier immediately upon delivery. When picking up the package, please visually check the package in the presence of the courier. If there is visible damage to the package (torn parts, crushing, etc.), you are obliged to request that the package be opened in the presence of a courier. If it is established on that occasion that the items are damaged, the delivery service officer makes a Record of the complaint. After submitting the Report on the complaint, our support service will contact you and agree with you on how to resolve the complaint.
